CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required to reserve every appointment: $5 for 30-minute services and $20 for longer services. The deposit is applied toward your service total. Please provide at least 24 hoursâ notice when canceling or rescheduling. * 24+ hoursâ notice: Deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment. * Less than 24 hoursâ notice/same-day cancellation: 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged. Your deposit will be applied toward this fee. * No-show: 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged. Your deposit will be applied toward this fee. * A new deposit is required when booking another appointment. * Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment or loss of online-booking privileges.
