CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking, Deposit & Arrival Policy Deposits: A $5 deposit is required for 30-minute services and $20 for longer services, including future services. Deposits are applied toward the service total. Promotional appointments and the $70 returning-client rate for ages 55+ are exempt. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits may be transferred once with sufficient notice. Late cancellations or repeated rescheduling may result in restrictions on future bookings. No-Shows: First-time clients who fail to attend without notice will lose future booking privileges. Repeated no-shows may also result in booking restrictions. Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment and complete all required intake forms beforehand. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session at the full service price. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late for 30-minute services or 15 minutes late for longer services may need to reschedule. Appointment Times: All appointments end at their scheduled time. Consultation and preparation are included in the appointment duration. Exceptions may be made at the therapist’s discretion.
